While there hasn’t been any official word just yet on the arrival of the much and oft-rumored Switch “Pro,” Nintendo certainly hasn’t slowed down producing variants of the two existing models of the console. The upcoming Animal Crossing: New Horizons Nintendo Switch is slated to drop on March 13, just a week before the game hits stores. Now. word has come that it will be joined by a new color option for Switch Lite the following month:

The new Coral hue will become available on April 3 and retail for $199.99. Other than the fresh paint job, this is just a standard Switch Lite, but for those who are anything like this writer… consider it purchased, anyway. There’s no word on the coronoavirus outbreak impacting the release of the Coral Switch Lite, but the tragic spread of that disease is expected to eventually begin having an affect on the availability of both iterations of Switch hardware in North America and Europe moving into spring. We’ll be sure to keep everyone posted.
