If you’ve ever dreamed of joining the Knights of the Round Table or enrolling at Hogwarts, there’s something for everyone in the next Global Splatfest! Next weekend, Inklings and Octolings around the world will duke it out in a brand-new competition- and Amiibo owners will have a stylish option outside the traditional Splatfest tee this time around!
Last year’s Octoling Amiibo three-pack gave players headgear and footwear based on knights and wizards. While most players will wear a tee featuring their respective team, donning both pieces of your team’s corresponding set while wearing this week’s Splatfest tee will cause the shirt to transform into a piece that matches the rest of the accompanying outfit! The main gear ability remains the same, but it’s a neat extra, nonetheless.
The Splatfest kicks off Friday March 15 at 9 PM PT, lasting for 24 hours.
