Capcom has announced a brand new 3DS franchise headed to Japan. Gaist Crusher, a beat-em-up which promises a humorous blend of Capcom’s Mega Man and Monster Hunter franchises, will debut this winter.
While details are scarce, Capcom apparently plans to give the game a Pokémon-esque multimedia push. That means we’ll be seeing toys, anime, manga, music, and more accompanying the title when it makes its debut.
No US or European release dates have been announced, as of this time. Considering the amount of resources that Capcom will be pouring into the title, it’s probably a safe bet that it’s only a matter of time.

This looks very Saint Seiya-ish.
Too bad this wasn’t about Geist. I remember that game.
