The Pokémon Company is a very busy place. Between its upcoming new Pokémon Legends: Z-A game for Nintendo Switch to the various mobile apps like Pokémon GO, there’s always plenty of projects that need to be completed or maintained. With that in mind, a curious new trademark has been filed for a subsidiary called Pokémon Works. The information was discovered by Joe Merrick of Serebii.
The Pokémon Company in Japan have set up a new subsidiary: Pokémon Works.
The trademark just got pushed and the company was registered a week ago.
No idea what the company is for at this time. Will let you all know

As Joe points out in his post on X, the company’s purpose is unknown and only recently came into being. Speculation is that the new venture is housed in the same building as the company that has worked on projects like Pokémon HOME and Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl—does this mean Pokémon Works is connected to them? ILCA (I Love Computer Art) is the name of that company, but whether or not any of this is true is purely speculative at this point. As we learn more, we’ll be sure to update all of you.
