LEGO and Nintendo’s team-up to bring the world a version of Super Mario made up of the former’s eponymous plastic bricks will officially become available for purchase on August 1. There’s still some time between now and then, so the duo are continuing to pump up excitement levels for the unique interactive toy line. It was revealed yesterday that Power-Up Packs will be available at launch to switch up Mario’s outfits!
Upgrade LEGO Mario’s wardrobe for #LEGOSuperMario and unlock all new ways to play with the new Power-Up Packs! Customize Mario with the Fire Mario suit, Propeller Mario suit, Cat Mario suit, and the Builder Mario suit!

One can only hope that eventually Frog Mario will become part of the lineup! Each Power-Up Pack grants Mario new abilities to use while playing. We’ll update with pricing information when we get it, but until then let us know if you’ll be picking up LEGO Super Mario this summer!
