In August of last year, Game Informer closed down operations after 33 years writing about video games. It was a sad end for the longtime publication, marking the departure of yet another video games-focused periodical from the marketplace. Now, however, it looks like Game Informer might be making a comeback of some kind of a teaser on the publication’s official YouTube channel is anything to go off of:
The words “{CONSOLE.WRITELINE(CONTINUE?);” appear on the screen towards the end of the 16-second clip, followed by the date March 25, 2025. In one week, it seems fans will be getting a glimpse at something related to Game Informer. Whether or not that’s the return of the magazine or something else… well, we’ll let you all know as soon as we learn more.
