Gaming rental service GameFly has posted the box art for Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark, Activision’s latest take on the blockbuster franchise. The game serves as a followup to the upcoming Transformers: Age of Extinction film, as well as the publisher’s own War for Cybertron titles, drawing elements from both universes. Take a look at the box below.
Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark will be launching on Wii U, 3DS, and other consoles on June 24. The home console version is being developed by Edge of Reality, while the 3DS version is coming by way of WayForward Technologies.

I’m excited to see what Wayforward and Activision do with these games. I’m a huge TF fan, and I hope they can maintain the quality that the recent Transformers games have been known for.
