5. Assist Trophies and Pokéballs
Of the super powered items in this list, the Assist Trophies and Pokéballs create the most interesting and dynamic actions. These items are so intriguing because– in the words of Forrest Gump– they’re like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are gonna get.
You might get Mr. Resetti, for example. In Animal Crossing, Mr. Resetti has the keen ability to make you feel horrible for no good reason, like berating you for not weeding for months. In Brawl, he does exactly the same thing, berating you for what seems like eternity, making you feel absolutely horrible. He doesn’t care if you are in the midst of heated battles, he is going to berate you no matter what.
You can hit him, if you want. That’s what I did because I felt so bad about myself. I just wanted him to leave quietly, but he exploded instead. Good riddance.
