In more Pokémon-related news today, Nintendo has also released a new patch for Pokémon X and Y, which can be downloaded right now from the 3DS eShop.
The new patch, Version 1.2, is 236 blocks large and fixes a handful of issues that have cropped up in the games, including a bug that occasionally prevented Pokémon from learning new moves after evolving through Wonder Trade. In addition to that, the patch fixes an exploit that allowed players to intercept other people’s data. As such, fans are required to download the patch if they wish to continue playing Pokémon X and Y online with other players.
