There are a lot of great FPS franchises out there– but not all of them are available on Nintendo hardware. The poll below lets you pick your favorite from some of the most notable series– though we know that Conduit and Red Steel are hardly “series” with two games each (one as-yet unreleased)– but they still may be your all-time favorite FPS.
And no, Metroid Prime isn’t on there because we’ve heard too many debates over the validity of those games as first-person shooters. But that or some other unlisted gem is your fave– pick “other” and tell us in the comments.

Well, I can’t call Conduit a franchise yet, and Red Steel 2 was the only one worth playing. I’m surprised Metroid Prime wasn’t up there (what’s wrong with you people?!), which would be my favorite on the Wii.
But if I was allowed to extend my connoisseurship beyond Nintendo, my favorite FPS series of all time would have to be the Half-Life series.
Why no Timesplitters? I know there hasn’t been a new game for ages, but TS 2 and 3 rocked
Oh yeah, and the Metroid games, cant discuss FPS without mentioning those games
