It’s only natural to think of the holiday season, with its themes of warmth and joy, whenever Mortal Kombat 11 gets brought up. Unless it’s not. Regardless, everyone’s favorite brutal fighting game is gearing up for the holidays with its upcoming Winter Wonderland and Ring in the New Year Tower events.
The Winter Wonderland event begins on 12.22 and will run until 12.27. Here’s what fans can expect during the festivities:
Three Towers with holiday-themed modifiers in the form of falling Killer Kanes, Sledding Tarkatans, Parachuting Ginger Deadmen, Exploding Snowmen, Christmas Trees, Menorahs, Dreidels and Shooting Stars.
For the New Year Tower, which runs 12.28 to 01.02, here’s what’s in store:
Three Towers allowing players to usher in the new decade with party-themed modifiers, including a Disco Ball, Champagne Bottles, Party Poppers, Fireworks and a Digital Countdown Clock to ring in the new year.
