No one does pinball like Zen Studios. The developer has brought a number of terrific tables to Nintendo platforms over the last few years, and this fall, they’ll bring 19 more when Star Wars Pinball arrives on Switch!
While Star Wars fans often find themselves debating the best elements of the franchise, it seems there will be something for everyone in Star Wars Pinball. The game will feature adaptations of A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, Rogue One and Solo as well as the Clone Wars and Rebels cartoons. The remaining tables feature individual characters such as Boba Fett, an intergalactic dogfight between X-Wings and Tie Fighters and more!
The game will also include features exclusive to Switch, including HD Rumble and a Career Mode. The title will also boast an online mode in which players choose between the light or dark side, and compete in a “a perpetual online digital tug-of-war.” Exactly what that will entail remains to be seen, but it certainly sounds like an entertaining take on the typical leaderboards.
Star Wars Pinball will arrive in stores and on eShop September 13.
