During the Sonic Central broadcast Sega made several big announcements about the Blue Blur turning 30 and the ensuing celebrations and projects coming to fans. One of the biggest reveals was that Sonic Colors is getting the HD remaster treatment. Sonic Colors: Ultimate is heading to Nintendo Switch this fall.
Sonic Colors: Ultimate will launch on September 7 both physically and digitally. The game, for those who might not recall or haven’t previously played it, revolves around colorful allies called Wisps that grant Sonic a variety of different abilities. For those who pre-order the game, there is a special Baby Sonic keychain (pulled straight from the film) up for grabs. There will be other goodies coming, as well.
