LEGO Mario Kart sets have already dropped, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be more in the future. In this case, the rumor is that come July, fans will be able to dish out for a premium Mario Kart build clocking in at $169.99. This would effectively put it in the same class as other deluxe Nintendo builds like The Legend of Zelda Deku Tree set which launched in September of 2024.
Unfortunately, this is all just rumor at the moment, but there is some interesting conjecture being made about this potential addition. The theory is that this Mario Kart set would be filling the space of either the LEGO Icons vehicle slot for this year or it could just be part of the regular line, but perhaps a more intricate build (thus the higher price).
