Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble has gotten quite a few guest characters via DLC, but this latest is something rather special: Bandai Namco’s granddaddy of video game mascots, Pac-Man himself. The addition comes right in time for the character’s 45th anniversary. Take a look at him in action in this trailer:
Along with Pac-Man, the game will feature pellets, cherries, and power pellets in place of bananas, banana bunches, and golden bananas, respectively. What’s more, Banana Rumble has also been updated to version 2.20, which brings with it a new stage called Floral Ring for the Robot Smash battle mode, as well as additional adjustments and bug fixes.
You can purchase Pac-Man or get him as part of the Digital Deluxe Edition of Banana Rumble, while the 2.20 update is free for all players.
