I imagine most people didn’t expect too much when Namco Bandai announced Pac-Man would be getting a cooler, more modern redesign for a new game and television series, but the plan appears to be working out rather well. The TV shows is going strong and now the publisher has announced a sequel to the game. Check out the trailer below:
While it may seem easy to just shrug this game off, I would argue not to sell it short yet. I actually had the opportunity to review last year’s Wii U game and found it a surprisingly enjoyable platformer well suited for kids without coming across as a shameless cash in. Heck, even the TV shows was decent!
