Continuing today’s slate of Capcom-related Virtual Console news, Nintendo has announced that The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons are now available on the 3DS eShop! As previously reported, they will retail for a discount price of $4.99 each until June 20.
While most titles in the Legend of Zelda series have seen multiple releases through the years, this marks the first time that Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons have been offered since their original release. Surprising when one considers the near universal acclaim they’ve received since 2001. In 2008, Nintendo Power magazine even ranked them as the fourth (Seasons) and fifth (Ages) best Game Boy games of all time.

I still have both of these for the GBC but they are buried in a box so I will get these two tonight.
I never owned a Game Boy Color, so I bought these yesterday. Both of them. For all times and seasons.
I just can’t justify downloading them since I still have the original carts and have played them in both orders. Maybe if I have some extra shop credit at some point or if they come to Club Nintendo rewards.
