I could try to explain Tokyo Crash Mobs to you, but the chap in the video below does a much better job at it.
Alright, I’ll add my two cents. Tokyo Crash Mobs takes on the popular mechanic of games like Puzzle Bobble, where you match up three like-colored marbles (uh… pedestrian “scenesters” in this case) to make them disappear and score some points. It makes use of the 3DS’ two screens by having you aim with the touch screen while only seeing the true colors of your targets on the upper one. It’s available now on the 3DS eShop for $5.99
On the more conventional side, North American 3DS owners are treated this week to a demo of Fire Emblem: Awakening. The game hits US markets on February 4; European fans will have to wait until April, around one full year after its original release in Japan.

Fire Emblem!!!
I’ve played the demo, and the interface is fantastic. I think this game will be the franchise’s best since Fire Emblem 7. The only thing I don’t like is the repetitive “yeah”s and “um”s. Luckily, you can turn those off. …I also think they made Chrom’s voice too low…
