Fans of Nintendo and Square Enix will be jumping for joy at today’s news: according to Square, the famed Japanese studio will be revealing an unannounced Wii U title at PAX East at the end of this month. The publisher has not revealed any other details at this time, but we do already know that the company plans to show off games such as Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX and Heroes & General at the event.
This news, of course, comes hot off the heels of Square’s February announcement regarding Murdered: Soul Suspect, a multi-platform title coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Once you couple this with the reports of a new Final Fantasy game being discussed at this year’s E3, it’s easy to see that 2013 and 2014 may be strong years for the Japanese giant. Stay tuned for more information as it comes in.
