While Nintendo has extensive paid DLC plans for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, it’s worth remembering that they are going to throw players a few freebies along the way. We already know popular X-Men Colossus and Cyclops will be coming to the game August 30, but it looks like some new costumes will be thrown in that free update as well.
After downloading the update, you’ll find new outfits for Spider-Man, Hulk, and Captain Marvel. Spider-Man will get his black symbiote suit, which might make playing alongside Venom a little awkward. Hulk will be able to don the armor popularized in the Planet Hulk comic series and Thor Ragnarok, and Captain Marvel gets one of her older, iconic outfits from back in the day when she bore the moniker Ms. Marvel.
The announcement in the above video also mentions that more free costumes are coming in the future, so be sure to remain on the lookout for those.
