At SDCC 2019, new downloadable characters were announced for the recently released Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order.
In addition to the 30 playable characters already available in-game, Loki was announced as being immediately unlockable, with Colossus and Cyclops coming in a free update planned for August 30.
Following that, the Marvel Knights: Curse of the Vampire player pack launches on September 20, which will include Blade, Moon Knight, Punisher, and Morbius. The Marvel Knights characters are part of the previously-announced Expansion Pass, which will also include X-Men and Fantastic Four player packs for $20.
Players have separately been digging around the game’s code and found evidence of Thanos, Medusa, Black Bolt, Vision, and Valkyrie, though it’s not clear whether they’re unlockable or will be made available via future DLC.
