As though the addition of Pauline and all of the litany of features and characters shown off during the recent Donkey Kong Bananza Direct broadcast weren’t enough, there’s another big surprise that was revealed. A Donkey Kong Bananza amiibo will be available at launch on 07.17.25. Take a look:
The Donkey Kong and Pauline figure can be scanned to gain access to Pauline’s Diva Dress early. It will also render KONG tiles in the game world with explosive power that you can do with as you please. The DK/Pauline figurine isn’t the only amiibo that
Bananza is compatible with, however, as all DK amiibo can be utilized to get those explosive KONG letters. What’s more, if you scan any other amiibo into the game, DK will get a giant sphere of terrain material.
