When Kirby’s Dream Collection came out on Wii, it came packaged alongside an impressive CD soundtrack spanning the entire history of the franchise. Well, it looks like Nintendo is giving fans another opportunity to fill their iPods with the sounds of Kirby. That’s because Club Nintendo Japan members can snag a CD soundtrack featuring a staggering 46 tracks from the recently released Kirby: Triple Deluxe, as well as three bonus tracks, presumably from other games in the series.
The soundtrack will set Club Nintendo members back 400 stars, but Nintendo is offering a discount to members that register the title. Those gamers will get the disc for 250 stars, instead. Nintendo seems to be making a bit of a habit of this type of promotion, as it offered a similar reward for gamers that registered The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD last fall. Since Kirby: Triple Deluxe does not yet have a release date for the US and Europe, it’s hard to guess if either region will see a similar promotion.
Is this the type of reward you’d like to see other territories receive? Or would you rather spend your hard earned Club Nintendo points on something different? As always, let us know what you think in the comments below!

Sigh. Can we just ban these sorts of stories? All they do is depress me… T__T
Anyone filling out a Club Nintendo survey should start asking for these prizes here. Maybe one day we’ll get cool stuff like this too!
This is something I actually request every time I fill out one of those general satisfaction surveys about Club Nintendo. I’d like to think my constant nagging had some kind of an influence on the Majora’s Mask soundtrack being offered as an Elite reward this year. ;)
Speaking of Club Nintendo, the N64 game 1080° Snowboarding is available as a reward now, and marked as a Wii U download. (Though the game details page is the old Wii VC info) Has anyone grabbed that yet? If it’s an actual Wii U gamepad-playable release, then I’m all over it, but would be considerably less excited if it turns out to be a reboot-into-Wii-mode-first, wrong-aspect-ratio thing.
I’m assuming it’s the latter case, as the bottom left-hand corner of the reward page says you need to go to the Wii menu on your Wii U to play it: https://club.nintendo.com/rewards-details/a/32502.do
Looks like we still need to wait a while for actual Wii U-tailored N64 Virtual Console games. :\
