For years, Nintendo fans in the US and Europe were envious over the fact that they didn’t have Club Nintendo, a Japanese program that gave fans rewards for purchasing and registering games. While the club would eventually find its way to both Europe and the US, those fans just may have another reason to be envious, as Club Nintendo Japan members will receive a CD soundtrack to The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD if they register their copy.
The program runs from September 26 through November 4, and is also available to those who download the title, provided they complete the Club’s online survey.
As always, stay tuned to Nintendojo where we’ll keep you posted on whether or not this cool club exclusive will find its way to our shores.

Sigh… The disc, it shall surely elude us…
Maybe it will get released in North America if the response for the Majora’s Mask CD as the platinum reward this year was strong. CDs aren’t expensive to manufacture or ship, so the business side seems reasonable for Nintendo. Plus they could probably charge a premium rate through Club Nintendo to flush out a bunch of coins pretty quickly.
Not going to hold my breath or anything… but it does seem possible.
