Nintendo and The Pokémon Company continue to flirt with mobile devices, now joining the Pokémon TV and Pokémon TCG apps with Camp Pokémon on iOS. Essentially a minigame collection, Camp Pokémon offers players the chance to acclimate themselves to the world of Pokémon though a number of (presumably) fun activities.
Toss Poké Balls, identify Pokémon, and paste digital Pokémon stickers onto photos taken with the player’s mobile device. Certainly worth a look for Pokéfanatics, but the question does now linger larger than ever: is a true Pokémon game on a non-Nintendo console imminent?
Are you for or against Nintendo branching its properties out onto the devices of other companies? Will you be playing Camp Pokémon? Let us know in the comments!
