Konami has announced that Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution will be available on Switch outside of Japan from August 20.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution (now that’s a mouthful!) is a trading card game which features cards and characters from across the franchise. You can see the game in action in Konami’s latest trailer here.

Duelists will experience more than 20 years of Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise history reliving stories from the original animated series through Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V and challenge the newest generation of Duelists from the virtual world of Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS.

With more than 9,000 cards, the most in any Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG video game, Duelists will build and customise competitive decks to challenge other players with local wireless and online play through Nintendo Switch Online.

The game is a Switch exclusive and was released in Japan earlier this year. It will be available both digitally and as a physical edition for $39.99 / €39.99. Those who purchase the game at retain will also get three trading cards: Progleo, the Cyberse Monster Micro Coder, and the Spell Card Cynet Codec.
