It has already been heavily rumored for a while now that Yoshi will be in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. During Sunday’s special Direct broadcast dedicated to the film, it was confirmed with a new trailer showing off the character and much, much more. Shigeru Miyamoto kicks things off talking Yoshi’s origins in the games. Give it a watch right here:
Fans get a proper look at Yoshi as well as a bunch of other stuff, including the Tostarenas, the Frog Suit, the Super Scope, Mouser, and Baby Mario and Baby Luigi. And that’s to say nothing of the music, which composer Brian Tyler will be infusing with a lot of the tunes from the Super Mario Galaxy games.
