Fans of the Nintendo 64 era are likely very excited for the upcoming release of Playtonic’s Yooka-Laylee. Those looking to recapture the feeling of picking up a physical release for Rare’s famous titles on the system are also in luck. Playtonic Games has officially announced a physical release for Yooka-Laylee.

The physical version of the title is expected to reach store shelves the same day as digital. An instruction manual will accompany the release, featuring art by Wil Overton. Playtonic has announced that Kickstarter backers slated to receive a download of the game will have the opportunity to upgrade to a physical release, should they choose to do so.

Yooka-Laylee is currently slated for release Q1 2017.
