Thanks to the release of the Super NES Classic Edition, everything old is new again. While some companies would be more than content to release just one piece of retro-themed hardware, Nintendo has announced yet another homage to the SNES in the form of a new model for the New Nintendo 3DS XL! Priced at $199.99, this very sleek looking model also comes with a download code for Super Mario Kart.
The 3DS handheld family has gotten some really terrific looking new models, of late. Despite the success of Switch, Nintendo hasn’t slowed down in the slightest when it comes to releasing new designs for the 3DS hardware. Considering the strength of the 3DS family’s library, it comes as little surprise. The hardware could conceivably continue selling for quite some time!
