It’s been 30 days since Sumo Digital released Snake Pass, their unique 3D platformer that swapped running and jumping with slithering and climbing. To celebrate this milestone, the developers took some time to look at how people are playing the game as well as their plans for what’s to come.
First, with regards to the future, Sumo Digital has stated they are working on patches as well as “quality of life” updates. Though their statement was light on details, they teased the possibility of a physical release as well as additional content. Also, they published the following infographic which provides a fun look at how people have been playing the game.
So far, Snake Pass has received fairly positive reviews with most complaints stemming from the difficulties associated with learning the games unique control scheme. Seeing as how Sumo Digital is currently working on patches, we can hope they will continue to smooth out the wrinkles in this innovative game.
