While digital distribution has been essential in the rise of indie developers around the world, there still remains a significant appeal to getting a physical copy of a game in your hands. This is why the last few years have seen more and more indie developers partner with publishers willing to put out physical copies of their games. One new publisher embracing this approach is a European company called Strictly Limited Games, and they recently confirmed that their future plans do involve Switch.
Unfortunately, nothing specific has been said about what games might be heading to Switch. However, Strictly Limited did just recently release their first game, Tokyo 42, for PS4 and they have several other titles in the pipeline currently announced for that system.
Whether this means Tokyo 42 might be destined for Switch as well or that something entirely different is on the horizon remains to be seen, so be sure to stay on the lookout for future announcements.
