During Summer Game Fest this year, we had the pleasure of trying out Sonic X Shadow Generations. Of particular note were the section’s of Shadow’s portion of the game, which gave us a chance to try out the character’s unique Doom Powers. Now, SEGA is showing them off in detail in this snazzy new trailer, which you can view right here:
So, what are Shadow’s Doom Powers, exactly? They’re abilities that allow him to alter gameplay, like slowing down time or launching multiple Chaos Spears at enemies. They factor into how players will get through Shadow’s stages and help to spice up the action. You’ll be able to try them out for yourself on 10.25.24 when the game launches, and if you’re interested you can check out this special Collector’s Edition of Sonic X Shadow Generations that SEGA announced yesterday.
