Sonic the Hedgehog 2 zooms into theaters next week on April 8. Like many blockbusters of its ilk, Sonic 2 will be getting a bevy of tie-in merchandise. One of these tie-ins just might be tastier than the others, however: a Sonic the Hedgehog cereal is coming from General Mills!
Described as “honey-flavored, ring-shaped cereal, complete with Chaos Emerald and Spin Dash marshmallows,” fans can also look forward to “a fun back-of-the-box activity for a speedy way to start the day.” The cereal will also be joined with Sonic the hedgehog fruit snacks. What a tasteful tasty way to celebrate Sonic’s return to cinemas.
