Last week we reported that Activision was planning to share Tony Hawk news on 03.04.25. At the time, we thought that the rumblings of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 being a thing made the March 4 date just a little too perfect of a coincidence to ignore, and lo and behold, it turns out the scuttlebutt was true. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is indeed a reality, and one that will coast onto Nintendo Switch come July 11, 2025. Take a look:
This remaster will of course feature revamped visuals, but there’s a lot more going on besides a facelift. There will be a mix of returning parks as well as all-new ones, new skaters, and expanded create-a-park and create-a-skater modes. There will also be a Digital Deluxe edition that will contain the following:
- Digital Deluxe Edition:
- The Doom Slayer and The Revenant playable skaters, each includes 2 secret moves. The Doom Slayer includes 2 unique outfits and the Unmaykr Hoverboard skate deck.
- Additional songs included to the game soundtrack
- Exclusive Doom Slayer, Revenant, and Create-a-Skater skate decks
- Exclusive themed Create-a-Skater Items
- Pre-purchase and receive:
- Early Access – get the game 3 days early
- Access to the Foundry Demo
- Wireframe Tony Shader
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 will also see the fourth installment potentially undergo quite a shift in play, as the marketing for this compilation suggests the “epic 2-minute format” from the first three entries will be incorporated into that game. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 had done away with that mechanic when originally released, so if this is true, it will be interesting to see how it works out adding it in after the fact.
