We had reported back in February that the GEX Trilogy would come to Nintendo Switch in the summer. Now, we know exactly which toasty month that will be: June. June 16, 2025, to be precise. First, here’s a reminded of which games are included:

  • Gex (1995)
  • Gex: Enter the Gecko (1998)
  • Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko (1999)

If you’re a hardcore Gex fan, there’s a fantastic physical edition you’ll want to keep on your radar:

Here’s what the Tail Time Edition comes with:

  • GEX Trilogy Game
  • Tail Time Edition Box Featuring art by Yoshitaka Amano
  • Retro Box
  • Full Soundtrack of All Games
  • SteelBook featuring art by Marcos Lopez
  • 12” x 16” Double-Sided Poster featuring art by Alex TJ Campbell
  • 36” Inflatable Gex Doll
  • 7” Gex Statue
  • Remote Pin
  • Trading Cards

If you’re not keen on a $199.99 Gex bundle, you can opt instead for the Classic Edition at $79.99 which comes with:

  • GEX Trilogy Game
  • Retro Box
  • SteelBook
  • Soundtrack Selection
  • 12” x 16” Double-Sided Poster

Or, finally, there’s the plain, old Standard Edition for $39.99, which just comes with the game in a standard Switch box. There’s also the digital option, for those who don’t have a craving for plastic boxes on their shelves. If you’d like to slip in a pre-order, click the link down below.
