The Switch is off to a strong start for Nintendo, but that doesn’t mean the 3DS has been forgotten by publishers. Later this year, Atlus will release Shin Megami Tensei: Deep Strange Journey on the handheld.
A remake of 2009’s Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey on Nintendo DS, Deep Strange Journey will apparently feature voice acting, updated graphics and other new additions, as well. Atlus has yet to announce a release outside of Japan at this time.
Over the weekend, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime mentioned that E3 2017 will feature a number of announcements for both the Switch and 3DS. Perhaps we’ll learn more about a possible localization for Shin Megami Tensei: Deep Strange Journey at the show! Stay tuned to Nintendojo for more information on as it develops!
