Wii MotionPlus Needed for Full Access to Nintendo Land

According to Marc Franklin (Nintendo of America’s Director of Public Relations), some of the software’s mini-games will require it. If you don’t have a couple of Wii MotionPlus add-ons already, you might want to wait and see whether the good stuff (the best games!) call for it. Either that, or rock the golden Zelda Wii Remote.

Ubisoft Confirms Its Full Wii U Launch Lineup

And it’s a handsome one. The more salient announcement is of Assassin Creed III‘s availability on day one. In that respect it is joined by six other Ubisoft games: Just Dance 4, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2013, Marvel Avengers: Battle For Earth, Sports Connection, Rayman Legends, and ZombiU. Quite a strong backing from the publisher!

Might GameCube Games Make it to Wii U’s Virtual Console?

Reggie-Fils Aime was caught smiling at the idea, in a recent interview with Kotaku:

Will GameCube games ever come to the Virtual Console?

“That is a great question. And personally I would love for that to happen, but we have nothing to announce right now.”

Heads up for anyone who buys & trades in Nintendo Ltd NTDOY: is 15.58$ a share today, if Wii U does as good as Wii then it will get up to around 75$ a share, back then I bought mine at around $20 a share (right before Wii took off) and never sold (newbie mistake) now I will have to wait and see if it ever goes up again, I will definitely will sell if it gets up to 75$ a share. Note: Playing with $ is dangerous but for the risk is much more in your favor than your odds of winning in Vegas. Maybe I will never sell as I am a minority owner of the Company :)
