Here’s the latest and the greatest that is not Wii U release date/pricing related. Yes, boys and girls, other stuff did happen today too.
Darksiders II Confirmed As Launch Title for Wii U
One of the launch titles that hasn’t been mentioned but has long been talked about has finally been confirmed. It appears that Darksiders II will be amongst the vast list of Wii U launch titles to make its November 18 release. The GamePad has been reported to act as an avenue to access your inventory, look at the map, and other similar options that we’ve all had to annoyingly press pause and then figure out where we had to go to get our appropriate items. There will also be a good deal of bonus content for Wii U owners, mostly in the form of weapons and armor.

Pachter: “Wii U will sell out for months”
Now if that’s not a headline to make you rush to your local GameStop to reserve a Wii U for the launch date, then I don’t know what is. Video game analyst Michael Pachter believes that the Wii U, which will probably have something within the neighborhood of a million made per month, will likely be a very hard purchase due to an extreme demand. The analyst, who is not the biggest fan of the company, believes that this console will likely sell out through April at the very least. Pachter is actually also very impressed by the launch titles and the pricing, which he believes is at a proper amount.

That’s all for now. Seems like the release date/price announcement have taken the front and center for today’s news. Anyways, good night and have a pleasant tomorrow.
