Could 11/18 be the day?
The waiting stage of next generation consoles is in full force now that Nintendo fans are mere months away from Wii U and the competition’s offerings aren’t too far off. With the ticking clock comes more release date leaks than the amount of bananas in DK’s horde.
At the GameStop Manager’s Conference, peripheral maker PDP supposedly gave a November 18th release date for its line of Wii U accessories. PDP’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, William Otte, has since gone on record claiming a mix-up involving the launch date of the company’s Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two accessories.
Keep in mind, despite PDP downplaying the November 18th date for Wii U peripherals, that date is in fact a Sunday (Nintendo likes those) and fits right in with past console launch dates.

Whether it’s a small digital title, retail game or indie product, Nintendo’s on the hunt with Wii U and the company’s ever-growing eShop.
