Pokémon Sun and Moon launched last year to great acclaim, as many fans and critics praised its many new features and innovations in how the classic series looked and played. The anime based on the games has been around for almost as long, and its English dub will soon be making its way to the Alola region as well.
The Pokémon Company has tweeted out a trailer for the Sun & Moon series and announced it’ll start airing on Disney XD with a special showing of the first two episodes at 9:00 PM EST on May 12. The show will move to its normal schedule with one new episode every Saturday at 9:00 PM EST starting on May 13.
