Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Eevee! have been out for a few weeks now, so millions of players have been enjoying the latest remix of the original Pokémon adventure. Not only does the game feature massively overhauled visuals and gameplay, but the classic soundtrack has also been updated as well, and now you can get those tunes by themselves.
Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! & Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! Super Music Collection is quite a large collection of tunes with 60 tracks, though it should be noted that this even includes the several second ditties played throughout the game for small actions like leveling up or picking up an item. But that’s not all, because the collection also includes 50 bonus tracks from the original Pokémon Yellow for Game Boy; naturally the sound quality isn’t good but it’s a nice addition to give perspective on how far video game music has come as well as how creative composers could be with such extreme limitations.
Altogether, 110 tracks is a lot of music and when you consider the price is $9.99 for the whole thing, it’s also a pretty impressive deal. Though buying individual tracks for $.99 might not be the best idea.
