Pokémon Pokopia has been a runaway hit since its launch back in March of this year. Not content with resting on its laurels, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company International have been hard at work on additional content for Pokopia—both paid and unpaid. Take a look, below;
Pokémon Pokopia’s Expansion Pass is available right now for purchase. Here’s a description of the DLC and a roadmap for the content:
Expand your world with more towns to explore, Pokémon to meet, and items to decorate your homes with! The additional content from the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass DLC will be released in three parts, but one purchase gets you access to everything. More details will be announced in the future.
- Part 1: Bubbly Basin, scheduled for release in August 2026.
- Part 2: Scheduled for release in late 2026.
- Part 3: Scheduled for release in 2027.
The free part of the DLC introduces the move Dive to the game, allowing players to go underwater and build their own towns below the waves to live with the various Water Pokémon the series is known for. This update isn’t quite ready and will launch in August alongside Bubbly Basin.
