It’s been a Doom-a-palooza of late in the eShop with the arrival of Doom, Doom II, and Doom 3 in recent weeks. The good times are continuing to roll, however, as Bethesda revealed that it will be bringing Doom 64 to the console on November 11. Here’s the reveal trailer:
Doom 64 hasn’t appeared on a Nintendo console since it was launched on N64 back in 1997. It is a sequel to Doom II and features reworked assets from that game (including weapons) transitioned into a 3D environment. Doom 64 has its own loyal following, so this will surely be a great addition to Switch’s library for them— as well as those who are curious about the roots of the series. Will you be downloading Doom 64? Tell us in the comments and on social media!
