Splatfests are always an exciting time for Splatoon 2 fans, but things always get a bit more intense when they’re held on a global scale. The next competition will offer just that when the Splatoween event comes to Splatoon 2 later this month!
In the event, Inklings and Octolings will have to choose whether they prefer tricks or treats. Inkopolis Square will be adorned with seasonal decorations, and each stage’s graffiti will reflect the theme. In addition, the event will also offer exclusive new gear beyond the traditional t-shirts. Details are slim at the moment, but it seems that these new offerings can be acquired via Switch’s news system. At this time, it’s also unknown which side Pearl and Marina will fall on.
The Splatoon 2 Splatoween event will be held from October 19 at 3 PM PT, to October 21 at 3 PM PT for a total of 48 hours! Which team will you choose? Let us know in the comments below!
