Starting today, you can visit participating GameStop stores to receive a level 50 Meloetta for Pokémon White, Pokémon Black, Pokémon White Version 2, and Pokémon Black Version 2 on your DS or 3DS! Meloetta is a Normal/Psychic type pokémon with the unique move Relic Song, which changes Meloetta into a Normal/Fighting type. Furthermore, Meloetta has the ability Serene Grace, which doubles the chances for Meloetta’s attacks to apply their secondary effects. The event ends in twenty days, on March 24, so be sure to get Meloetta before then!
Meloetta’s typings make her weak to Dark types, and the moves Pursuit and Sucker Punch will spell Meloetta’s doom. However, Meloetta is definitely an interesting Pokémon that you can build a team around. Given the different typings of Meloetta’s two forms, opponents will never know what to expect!
