Unless something is announced in the coming months, it looks as if FIFA 14 will forgo a Wii U release.
The long-running EA series has been officially announced for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC thus far, with a release slated for autumn. However, one platform conspicuously missing from the list seems to be Nintendo’s Wii U. Still, that doesn’t rule out a Wii U release entirely; a spokesperson for EA said that there could possibly be additional platforms announced in the coming months, so don’t fret yet Wii U owners!
It would be pretty surprising if EA doesn’t release FIFA 14 on the Wii U given that it previously released FIFA 13 on the console. We’ll just have to wait and see.
