The second Humble Bundle, the Humble Friends of Nintendo Bundle, launched in the Nintendo eShop less than 24 hours ago and has already sold more than 60,000 bundles. The bundle contains an assortment of retail downloads and eShop-only titles at a discounted price; more titles will be announced in the coming days, and the bundle is available around the world in PAL territories and North America.
While the 2015 North American bundle saw 37,000 sales in 24 hours, the expansion into global territories has made a huge difference in increasing the number of bundles sold in the same time frame. As of the time this is being written, the sales of the Humble Friends of Nintendo Bundle have generated $600,000, which will be split between Nintendo (and, assumedly, the developers of the games that are part of the bundle), and two charities: SOS Children’s Villages and Code.org. Currently, the average purchase amount is $10, which indicates that many seem to be shying away from the $13 tier that includes Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition and Darksiders II.
Be on the lookout for more titles that will be announced for this bundle on May 3, but if you make a purchase now that is over the current average purchase amount, you’ll receive them when they’re confirmed.
Have you purchased the bundle yet, or are you still considering it? Let us know in the comments.

Jumped on this just as quickly as I did last year’s deal. It’s a total steal, and I can’t wait to play these games! That is, as soon as I make some room for them on my systems…
The good thing about this year’s bundle is that you can buy it if you live outside of the US – yet more games to add to my backlog!
