Here at Nintendojo, we’re big fans of the Gunman Clive games on the 3DS eShop. A few months back, we had the pleasure of interviewing Bertil Hörberg, developer of Gunman Clive and its follow-up. In the interview, Hörberg confirmed that both Gunman Clive titles would eventually see release on Wii U, but now we know that they’ll be appearing sooner, rather than later!
Hörberg revealed on Twitter that Gunman Clive HD Collection has been submitted to Nintendo for lotcheck, meaning a release could come very soon. Hörberg says the combined title will support 1080p and 60fps. The game will also feature a number of control options, including the GamePad, pro controller, Wii Remote (with or without the Nunchuck) and the classic controller. Gunman Clive HD Collection will be priced less than the combined price of the two 3DS titles, so the title should cost between $3 and $5. That’s a great bargain! Whether or not the games will feature any additional updates remains to be seen.
Stay tuned to Nintendojo for more information on Gunman Clive HD Collection as it develops!

Well, I think we all owe a “thank you” to roykoopa64 and myself for promising sales of this title on your interview post. Haha.
Seriously though, day one buy. Looking forward to release day!
it’s well worth the purchase. Just an absolute blast. I’ve played the first two a TON and even I’m considering grabbing it again.
Oh geez! I have to buy it again?? (Probably!) Great little unique titles though. I’m even happier that Shovel Knight is coming out physical, even though I already have it. Like a sucker, I will get that one for sure!
