Just when it seemed like Nintendo was finished supporting its fifth-generation Pokémon games, the company has announced a new promotion that will allow fans to snag three rare legendary Pokémon from a participating GameStop store.
Beginning August 19, GameStops around the US will be offering shiny variations of the legendary Sinnoh trio, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, for Pokémon fans to receive in their games. Each will be offered individually, giving players a chance to snag all three Pokémon before the release of Pokémon X and Y on October 12. The distribution schedule is as follows:
- August 19-September 8: Dialga
- September 9-September 29: Palkia
- September 30-October 20: Giratina
Like previous distribution events, all fans need to do to receive these legendary Pokémon is head to a participating GameStop store with a copy of either Pokémon Black, Pokémon White, Pokémon Black 2, or Pokémon White 2, select the Mystery Gift option from the main menu, and choose to receive the gift via wireless. Then, they’ll meet a special delivery man in the lobby of any Pokémon Center who will add the monster to your party.
