Arc System Works has a number of classic series under its wing, including fan-favorites like Double Dragon and River City/Kunio-kun. For those who love both of those franchises, there’s a lot to look forward to with the announcement of Double Dragon & Kunio-kun Retro Brawlers Bundle for Nintendo Switch! Here’s the announcement Tweet:

Here are the 18 games that will be in the collection. Note that 11 of these titles (formerly exclusive to the Nintendo Famicom and the Famicom Disk System) will be in English for the first time! The games are listed by series, below:

This is an awesome bit of news for retro enthusiasts and video game conservationists, not to mention people who like punching and kicking things (digitally, of course). As Arc System Works describes it, “game genres vary from side-scrolling action, beat-’em-up, sports, and action RPG. Online play mode is available for all titles, and a total of 55 in-game missions are waiting for you to obtain nicknames and avatars to show off to your friends!”
Double Dragon & Kunio-kun Retro Brawlers Bundle drops on February 20. No word yet on a physical release, but if nothing else it will be available to download from the Nintendo eShop.
